Our Lower Building

Our grandest space, the Lower Building seats up to 200 guests and delivers showstopping moments at every turn. Oversized windows flood the room with light and frame the river beyond, while the covered balcony overlooking the Chattahoochee is, simply put, the best seat in Columbus — perfect for cocktail hour, sunset toasts, and the photos you’ll frame above the mantel.

Private restrooms keep guests comfortable, and a dedicated prep area converts beautifully into a bar, giving your celebration both elegance and ease. From rehearsal dinner to reception, the Lower Building was made for nights your guests will talk about for years.

Pricing is based on guest count, event date, and selected spaces. Choose one building or bundle both to create the perfect flow from ceremony to celebration.

Events with over 50 guests and/or serving alcohol require security for a fee — and we make it easy. Our team will coordinate off-duty Columbus police officers on your behalf.
